Semakin lama direbus, semakin sedap kuah kerana ekstrak daging keluar dan menjadikan kuah lebih \u2018berisi\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keluarkan buih-buih kotoran (scum) yang timbul di permukaan air supaya kuah kekal jernih dan bersih.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>TIP:<\/strong>&nbsp;Kalau nak cepat, boleh guna periuk tekanan (pressure cooker) untuk empukkan daging dalam masa 15-20 minit.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Langkah 2: Tambah Herba Thai &amp; Biarkan Aroma Meresap<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bila daging dah empuk, masukkan serai yang diketuk, daun limau purut dan akar ketumbar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teruskan memasak selama 10\u201315 minit. Biarkan herba ini melepaskan minyak aromatik ke dalam sup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukkan tomato dan cili padi.
