Keselesaan dan keselamatan ibu serta bayi adalah keutamaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramai wanita hamil mengalami sakit perut di awal kehamilan, terutamanya pada trimester pertama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Punca Biasa Sakit Perut Awal Kehamilan (Tidak Berbahaya)<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" (Penempelan Embrio)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Berlaku sekitar minggu ke-4 hingga ke-5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rasa sakit seperti senggugut ringan di bahagian bawah class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Kehamilan Luar Rahim (Ektopik)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Berlaku apabila embrio melekat di luar rahim, biasanya di tiub fallopio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gejala: sakit tajam sebelah perut, <strong>pendarahan luar biasa<\/strong>, pening, dan pengsan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perlu rawatan segera<\/strong> untuk elak berterusan<\/strong><br>\u2705 <strong>Pendarahan berat<\/strong> atau keluar tisu luar biasa<br>\u2705 <strong>Demam<\/strong>, loya teruk, muntah berlebihan<br>\u2705 Sakit <strong>sebalah perut sahaja<\/strong> yang tajam<br>\u2705 Tidak rasa pergerakan janin (jika lewat kehamilan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cara Redakan Sakit Perut Awal Kehamilan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rehat secukupnya dan elakkan aktiviti berat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minum air secukupnya, bantu elak sembelit dan kekejangan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Makan secara kerap dalam jumlah kecil untuk elak kembung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gunakan <strong>botol air suam<\/strong> pada perut untuk redakan sakit ringan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Petua Tradisional
